Saw one of these the other day and for a Sporty Tourer it is a great looking bike ..

I really like the Matt black version, makes the bike look a lot nicer.

and the tanks end up looking polished where leaters rub

I agree Trev, but there isn't much competition out there, the new Busa looks like a bus, guess the ZZR1400 is a bit more modern.

As a very proud owner of a slightly customised '98 version, i do agree that the 'bird does look a bit dated compared with the Triumph ST or the ZZR1400 or even the drop nose Hyabusa. But give it some credit. 10 years on and it still sells and is still just as reliable as when the first models came out. Honda have even sorted the snatchy fuel injection.

I was looking at changing it, i have owned it now for 7 years and all but cosmetic changes i have had to do nothing mechanical with it. But there is no other bike out there worth mine and a further
