Good luck Iggy, I know how it feels to want a new job just dont take it for the sake of the job alone, its got to be a job you want (though it may be different if the offer a huge amount of cash  ).

Cheapest Insurance quote so far is £923.74 Fully Comp with Zenith!

Still trying to knock it down a bit, but this is round about what I expected it to be.

Roo, I know what you're saying about the job. I've got it in mind that if the job's not right I won't take it.... Although it could do me as a stop gap for a year or so.

I was hoping this was the one, but not to be. Everything about it was wrong for me, so no point in suffering a job that's not right. I'll keep looking whist doing some agency work. The right one's out there somewhere!

Be great to see you at Box Hill again, can't do this Sunday but around for the next (8th Oct).

And the price of XX's is falling more and more these days as there is no sign of a replacement so peeps are selling and going elsewhere  so all the better for buying in the future :)

Of course you can mate, it'll be great to see you again..... just don't turn up on a Bird.

Yep.. your right, I woke up this morning and had a little feeling I was jumping the gun. I had planned on getting one next Summer anyway, just didn't expect to be shoved down the road on one yesterday! I did enjoy my hour with it though.

Chuff

Application form to join the Rim Tape Appreciation Society is in the post.

BW

I would love to see you at Box Hill on the 8th, but please park your bike in the non-rim taped section at the bottom of the carpark.

BTW, Roo's wise words this morning kept me thinking straight - Cheers mate!

Are you kidding!

We'd never let that happen!

I'd rather take the rim tape off and join you at the bottom of the carpark.

Sorry to hear about the job, as you say better to wait for the right one than get stuck in the wrong one.

I'm up for the 8th, if I'm welcome... we can have a lively discussion about the benefits of tape

We can help each other not think about new bikes... maybe if we swapped for a bit it would be like having a new bike
